According to the 2018-2019 Community Health Needs Assessment, only 20% of our County’s residents reported having exercised for 30 minutes, 5 days per week. Our goal is to increase that number.
We encourage all community members to adopt more active lifestyles for healthier lives. Any increase in physical activity is a step towards a healthier you!
Move at least 150 minutes every week
Youth 6 to 17 years should get at least 60 minutes of activity every day
