Vaccination Opportunities in Franklin County

Spring is finally here, and it has brought more opportunity for COVID-19 vaccinations. As we all want to see an end to this pandemic, more and more vaccination sites are opening throughout the state to help combat this virus. Franklin County residents can find vaccination opportunities at the locations below:

An additional vaccination site will be open at the Chambersburg Mall in April. Schedule appointments using the information above.

On March 31st, the PA Department of Health expanded the Vaccine Phase Timeline to include the following:

  • Firefighters, police officers, grocery store workers and food and agriculture workers are eligible TODAY
  • Phase 1B individuals are eligible TODAY
  • Phase 1C individuals are eligible TODAY
  • All Pennsylvanians 16 and older are eligible on April 19th

Mobile Vaccination Clinics are also underway in Franklin County through WellSpan Health’s efforts to reach homebound and or/congregate setting patients. If you know of someone who is homebound and needs a vaccination, please contact Noel Purdy at npurdy@wellspan.org or 717-504-0559.

According to the PA Department of Health, more than six million doses of the vaccine have been administered in the state. More than one million Pennsylvanians have been fully vaccinated against the virus.
